I don't trust the electoral college.The suits tell us Americans
to get out and vote. Remember 16 years ago the one with the
most votes didn't win the election after they were all tallied.
I wouldn't be surprised to see the person with the most votes
to have victory snatched away by the secret society known as
the Electoral college. Unfortunately I have a bad feeling about
this election. That feeling was around when Nixon won, and
again when Carter won. So it would be shocking to have to
go through four years with mister grab crotches but nothing
I haven't experienced before. I just would hate to have the
country take a giant leap backwards to twentieth century
sensibilities. It's going on the third decade of the 21st century
we should join it.

Dear Big AL,
that Rock N Rolla Soundsystem Mix is something to turn up. Awww. Wait! It happened again! Where was I? Oh yes, the times they are... insert what you want. Messed up, desperate, changing. Maybe get's you a Nobel Prize. We'll see. One turned out not be what he was cracked up to be, maybe the next one turns out better than we thought. I have strayed from Rockcast, but your statement made me think. Could I combine the surprise win and the ongoing "it was ten, twenty , thirty years ago" and still make some sense. Let's see. Aerosmith - Rats Are In The Cellar (1976), Alice Cooper - I'm The Coolest (1986), Sublime - Love Is What I Got (1996) and one obviously only me and his mama like Steven Seagull - Alligator Ass (2006). And Dua Lipa - Blow Your Mind (2016). That's how I feel about it, all mixed up and yet no worries. As long as a summer hit by a beautiful girl makes me feel thirty years younger (for about 3:03) this world is okay. Yes, Mwah is not exactly fulfilling all needs. So on my personal heavy rotation also is an old Rockcast favourite. Snake & Jet's Amazing Bullit Band - Ten Cities Beyond. What an earworm. And where did I find that? On Rockcast, of course. So okay, longer than the pervious comment, but hey, he said it all: awesome work, man. For more than ten years now!
The Backseat Boogie has a shot of Chinnichap. Did I ever recommend the Interplanetary Twist? Glammed up Glam Rock, totally Sweet and - not Chinnichap. From Phil Wainman and Richard Myhill, aka Screemer. I had to look them up, interesting chaps. And about Gary Clark Jr. did you ever play Grinder? "Well I been thinking too much, that I’ve been thinking too much", that line that went straight to my heart the day I first heared the song.

P.S. By the way, do you know where I can get a really good live version of Baby Get It On from Ike & Tina Turner? I heard a live version that made my hair stand right up. The bass is pounding, the Ikettes are screaming and Ike is simply great. Tears the roof of the sucka. But it's on a tape from god knows when, so no further info available.
